The timeline is four Gantt bars across a week axis that grow left to right in phase order, with deliverables as diamonds that pop when their bar reaches them and a dashed line four weeks from the proposed start. Pricing is three columns — Lean, Standard, Full — where included items get a tick and excluded ones are simply blank rather than crossed out, and the recommended column carries a warm highlight. The last page is laid out to be printed and signed, with two signature blocks and the payment terms.
