我們蒐集的資料

• 帳號資料：電子郵件地址；若使用第三方登入，另包含您授權提供的名稱與大頭貼。
• 交易資料：購買項目、金額、時間與付款狀態。信用卡等付款資料由金流服務商直接處理，我們不會取得完整卡號。
• 使用資料：瀏覽的頁面、點擊的按鈕、來源網址、裝置與瀏覽器類型，以及依 IP 位址推估的大致地區。
• 聯絡資料：您來信時提供的內容。

蒐集目的

• 提供本服務、開通及管理方案（〇六九 契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務；一四八 網路購物及其他電子商務服務）
• 客戶服務與聯繫（〇九〇 消費者、客戶管理與服務）
• 統計分析網站使用情形，改善內容與設計（一五七 調查、統計與研究分析）
• 維護系統與資訊安全（一三七 資通安全與管理）

利用期間、地區、對象及方式

• 期間：本服務營運期間，或法令規定之保存期間（例如稅務與會計憑證）。帳號刪除後，我們將於 30 日內刪除或去識別化可識別您的資料，依法須保存者除外。
• 地區：中華民國境內，以及下列服務商處理資料之所在地（包括美國）。
• 對象：Vercel Inc.（網站代管）、PostHog Inc.（網站使用分析）、金流服務商（付款、稅務與收據）、登入及電子郵件服務商（帳號驗證與通知），以及依法令要求提供之政府機關。
• 方式：以電子方式處理與傳輸。我們不會出售您的個人資料，亦不會用於第三方廣告。

網站分析與瀏覽器儲存

• 我們使用 PostHog 統計瀏覽人數、造訪頁面與按鈕點擊，未啟用畫面錄製，也不使用廣告追蹤 Cookie。
• 我們以瀏覽器的本機儲存空間（localStorage）記住您選擇的語言；分析工具亦以相同方式儲存一組隨機識別碼。
• 您的瀏覽器若開啟「不追蹤」（Do Not Track）或「全球隱私控制」（Global Privacy Control），我們不會載入分析工具。您也可以使用下方按鈕，停用本瀏覽器的分析。

您的權利

依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，您得就您的個人資料行使下列權利：

• 查詢或請求閱覽
• 請求製給複製本
• 請求補充或更正
• 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用
• 請求刪除

請來信 austin@aeltech.network 提出，我們將於法定期間內處理。您可自由選擇是否提供個人資料；未提供時，可能無法使用須登入或付款的功能。

資料安全

本網站全程以 HTTPS 加密傳輸，並採用內容安全政策等防護措施；付款資料由符合 PCI DSS 標準的金流服務商處理。如發生個人資料外洩事故，我們將依法通知您。

政策修訂

我們得修訂本政策，修訂後將公告於本頁並更新日期；重大變更將另行通知。

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, plus the name and profile photo you approve if you sign in with another service.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, the date and payment status. Card details go straight to our payment provider, and we never receive your full card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, the referring site, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

• To provide the Service and manage your plan
• To answer questions and support requests
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:

• Vercel Inc., website hosting
• PostHog Inc., product analytics
• Our payment provider, for payments, tax and receipts
• Sign-in and email providers, for account verification and notifications
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Some providers process data outside Taiwan, including in the United States. We never sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active or for as long as the law requires, for example tax and accounting records. After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

Analytics and browser storage

• We use PostHog to count visitors, pages viewed and button clicks. Session recording is off, and we use no advertising cookies.
• Your browser's local storage remembers your language choice, and our analytics tool stores a random ID the same way.
• If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, analytics never loads. You can also turn it off for this browser below.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop using it. Email austin@aeltech.network and we will respond within the time the law requires. Providing data is optional, but features that need an account or payment will not work without it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant providers. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will appear here with a new date, and we will tell you about material changes.
