服務內容

本服務提供搭配 AI 程式工具（例如 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor）使用的 Skill，每份 Skill 皆附實際成品展示，供您購買前參考。實際成品會因您使用的 AI 工具、模型版本及提供的素材而有差異，展示內容不代表保證相同結果。

帳號

• 部分功能須建立帳號後使用。請提供正確的電子郵件，並妥善保管登入方式。
• 帳號僅限本人使用，不得出借、轉讓或與他人共用；發現帳號遭冒用時，請立即通知我們。
• 未成年人應經法定代理人同意，始得使用本服務及購買方案。

方案與付款

• 終身方案 US$99.9，一次付清：於本服務營運期間，可使用全部 Skill，包含日後新增的 Skill。
• 年費方案 US$39.9／年：自付款日起 12 個月內，可使用全部 Skill，包含方案期間新增的 Skill。方案到期時將依當時價格自動續訂；您可於到期前隨時於帳號設定取消續訂，取消後仍可使用至當期屆滿。
• 單次購買 US$3／份：於本服務營運期間，可使用所購買的該份 Skill。
• 價格以美元計價，依法應負擔之稅費與實際付款金額，以結帳頁面顯示為準。價格調整不影響您已付款的方案期間。
• 付款由第三方金流服務商處理，本公司不會取得或儲存您的完整信用卡資料。金流服務商得以其名義擔任交易之銷售方，並依其條款開立收據。

退款與解除契約

• Skill 屬非以有形媒介提供之數位內容，付款完成後即可使用。
• 依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第 2 條第 5 款，您於結帳時事先同意立即提供後，即不適用《消費者保護法》第 19 條第 1 項七日內解除契約之規定，所有購買恕不退款。
• 下列情形，我們將退還相應款項：重複扣款；或因可歸責於本公司之事由，致您無法使用已購買的內容，且我們未於合理期間內修復。

使用授權

• 購買後，我們授予您非專屬、不可轉讓之授權，於方案範圍內使用 Skill。
• 您使用 Skill 製作的網站、程式及其他成品（以下稱「成品」），可用於您本人或客戶的商業專案，無須標示來源或另行付費。
• 未經本公司書面同意，您不得轉售、出租、公開或分享 Skill 內容本身，亦不得以 Skill 內容建立與本服務競爭之產品。為客戶製作時，請交付成品，勿交付 Skill 原文。
• 部分 Skill 附有素材包（圖片、影片、連續影格），僅授權您用於以該 Skill 製作的成品（含客戶案子），不得單獨轉售、分享或公開原始檔案。
• 素材包以外，您於成品中自行加入的文字、圖片、影片等素材，應自行確認已取得合法權利。

禁止行為

您不得有下列行為；違反者，我們得暫停或終止您的帳號與使用權限：

• 以自動化方式大量擷取本網站或 Skill 內容
• 規避或干擾本服務的付款、存取限制或安全機制
• 使用 Skill 製作侵害他人權利或違反法令之內容
• 冒用他人身分或提供不實資料

智慧財產權

本服務之網站設計、名稱、商標、Skill 內容、展示影片及其他資料，其權利屬本公司或合法授權人所有，受著作權法及相關法令保護。除本條款明確授權外，您不得重製、改作或散布。

免責聲明與責任限制

• 本服務及 Skill 依現狀提供。AI 工具的產出可能有誤，使用或交付成品前，請自行檢查與測試。
• 第三方 AI 工具與模型的功能、供應或收費調整，非本公司所能控制。
• 於法律允許範圍內，本公司對您的賠償總額，以事件發生前 12 個月內您支付予本公司之金額為上限，且不負擔間接或衍生性損害；但因本公司故意或重大過失所致者，不在此限。

服務變更與終止

• 我們得新增、更新或下架 Skill 及功能。您以單次購買取得的 Skill，下架後仍可於帳號中取得購買時的版本；但因法令或第三方權利必須移除者，不在此限。
• 本服務如將終止營運，我們將於終止日至少 30 日前，以網站公告或電子郵件通知您。

條款修訂

我們得修訂本條款，修訂後將公告於本頁並更新日期；重大變更將另以電子郵件通知。修訂生效後您繼續使用本服務，視為同意修訂內容。

準據法與管轄法院

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院；但法律另有強制規定者，從其規定。

The Service

Sketchry offers Skills for AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Every Skill comes with a demo of a finished result, so you can judge it before you buy. Your results will vary with the AI tool, model version and materials you use, so a demo shows what a Skill can do and does not guarantee identical output.

Your account

• Some features need an account. Use an accurate email address and keep your sign-in secure.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share, lend or transfer yours, and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• If you are a minor where you live, you need a parent or guardian's consent to use the Service or buy a plan.

Plans and payment

• Lifetime, US$99.9 one-time: every Skill, including future releases, for as long as the Service operates.
• Annual, US$39.9 per year: every Skill, including those released during your plan, for 12 months from purchase. Your plan renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account and keep access until the paid period ends.
• Single Skill, US$3 each: the Skill you bought, for as long as the Service operates.
• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the final amount appear at checkout. Price changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record and issue your receipt. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds

• Skills are digital content delivered online and available as soon as payment completes.
• At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right to cancel. All sales are final.
• We will refund duplicate charges, or any purchase you cannot access because of a problem on our side that we fail to fix within a reasonable time.

License

• When you buy, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Skills included in your plan.
• Websites, code and anything else you make with a Skill ("Outputs") are yours to use in personal or commercial projects, including client work, with no attribution or extra fee.
• Without our written permission, you may not resell, rent, publish or share a Skill itself, or use it to build a competing product. For client work, deliver the Output, not the Skill.
• Some Skills come with an asset pack (images, video, frame sequences). You may use it only in Outputs made with that Skill, including client work, and may not resell, share or publish the files on their own.
• Apart from the asset pack, you are responsible for holding the rights to any copy, images, video or other material you add to an Output.

Acceptable use

You may not do any of the following, and we may suspend or close accounts that do:

• Scrape the site or Skill content with automated tools
• Bypass or interfere with payments, access controls or security
• Use a Skill to create unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others
• Impersonate anyone or give false information

Intellectual property

The site design, the Sketchry name and logo, Skills, demo videos and other materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except as these terms allow, you may not copy, adapt or distribute them.

Disclaimers and liability

• The Service and Skills are provided "as is". AI output can contain errors, so review and test anything you build before you use or deliver it.
• We do not control third-party AI tools or models, including changes to their features, availability or pricing.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This limit does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to the Service

• We may add, update or retire Skills and features. A Skill you bought on its own stays available in your account, in the version you bought, even after it is retired, unless we must remove it for legal reasons or third-party rights.
• If we ever shut the Service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site or by email.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. We will post the new version here with an updated date and email you about material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taiwan Taipei District Court will hear any dispute at first instance, unless mandatory law, including consumer protection law where you live, provides otherwise.
