Sketchry vs Skillry

Both sell Skills for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor; the difference is how a Skill reaches you and what it costs. Skillry installs through a CLI and runs as a slash command at $9.99 a month, $79 a year or $169 once; Sketchry is copied as text from the page at US$6 a month, US$29 for six months or US$99 for Lifetime.

What Sketchry does not do

  • No CLI and no slash command. You copy the whole text and paste it, which feels blunter the first time
  • The site names three agents. Whether a Skill runs in anything else is not claimed
  • Nothing is community-submitted, so the library only grows as fast as we build it

Where Skillry is limited

  • Its own page says the Founding Lifetime price rises as the library grows, so later costs more
  • Installing goes through the CLI or a browser authorisation, which is a problem on a locked-down machine

Who should pick which

  • Pick Skillry if you want an installed Skill you call with a slash, and you move between many agents.
  • Pick Sketchry if you want to see the finished result first, install nothing, or pay once and stop paying.

Using both, or switching

  • They coexist. A Skill is plain text, so having one does not interfere with the other.
  • Moving across takes no migration: the files you already built stay yours, and the next project simply starts from a different pasted text.
