Real estate and architecture

A property page never sells the building; it sells what living there would be like. The order of the photographs matters more than the photographs.

An effective listing runs roughly in this order: the exterior or the best interior shot, the location and what is around it, the layout and the floor area, the materials and fittings, the price or a range, and how to arrange a viewing. Hiding the price does not make people ask; it makes them leave.

An architecture studio is a different problem: clients are looking at how you think and how you work, not how many buildings you have put up. One of the Skills below is built for exactly that — it opens with an architecture film, then services and project categories, and the whole page is about method. The other two are a property listing site and a coastal studio presentation.

Be careful with numbers and claims. Floor areas, the age of the building, tenure and shared-area ratios are yours to supply — the Skills explicitly forbid the AI from inventing addresses, phone numbers or figures. In property, one wrong number costs far more than an ugly page.

FAQ

They should not all be on one page. One page per property with three to six featured on the home page is the usual shape, and the rest reached by a filter or a category. The Skills here build a listing layout you can repeat.

Open the curtains, turn every light on, clear the surfaces, and shoot landscape on a phone: two frames per room, one from the doorway and one looking toward the window. Ordered properly, phone photographs hold up.

No. The Skill runs inside your own AI tool and the site you build sits on your own hosting. Where the form sends its data is your decision, and none of it reaches Sketchry.
