STATEPRINT is an AI Skill for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor that builds an annual report or whitepaper website. An opening wall of psychedelic blooms running as a silent loop, with small white label boxes naming a job title and its share sitting on it; below it an editorial title block, a chapter list pinned to the left margin that lights up whichever chapter you are reading, and charts whose bars grow from the baseline while their figures count up.

It is a seven-second loop that runs full bleed and drifts slowly, and it ships in the asset pack (915 KB, no audio). The source cut hard at the seam, so the last second is cross-dissolved back over the first; the join no longer reads. The wash, the grain and the vignette over it are CSS. The clip was generated with Grok (xAI), which Austin approved for this hero only, and it is cleared to ship in client work. A reader who asks for reduced motion gets the poster frame instead, with no autoplay.
