QUOTEWAVE is an AI Skill for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor that renders a quote card video where the line lights up along a waveform and ends on a cover frame. A talk clip turned into a quote card: a seeded synthetic waveform (labelled as illustrative, no audio) scrubs forward, the quote lights up character by character in step with the playhead, a key phrase gets a drawn underline, a nameplate slides in and the piece collapses into a cover frame with self-drawing rings.
