PANELPOP is an AI Skill for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor that renders an original comic-page motion video with a panel-to-panel camera. An original comic page played like a film: panel borders draw on, the camera moves panel to panel in reading order, speech bubbles pop from their tails, speed lines stream, Ben-Day dot shading sits behind the art, effect words shake on a seeded clock and a slanted brand panel slams over the page. Characters are built from simple geometric parts and are entirely original.
